Mads has more than 17 years of experience with turnarounds and commercial projects as both a consultant and executive. Mads is Senior Partner and Director in the management consulting firm Valcon and advises C-suites in Denmark and abroad. Mads draws on his experience from his role as Chief Commercial Officer in ISS and in US advisory companies. He cooperates with both private equities and manufacturing companies on converting profitability issues to growth, and he spars with the executive management team on ensuring that there is true implementation power present in the changes to be executed.
