Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in M&A advisory and has worked in Oslo, London and Chicago. He advises on all areas of transaction support, from pre-deal strategy and evaluation through post-merger integration considerations. Jonathan has advised on over 300 domestic and cross-border deals.

During 2015 to 2017, Jonathan served as CEO for the EAT foundation, working closely with key stakeholders in the global food systems to help accelerate the development of healthy and sustainable solutions. Jonathan continues to be active in in the challenges facing the food systems including climate change, land use, productivity and greenhouse gas emissions.
