Guy Semmens is a founding partner of Gyrus Capital, a Swiss based private equity firm focused on special situations, particularly in industries driven by demographics and technology change.

Until 2018 Guy was managing partner of Argos Soditic, a mid-market European buy-out firm based in Geneva, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt and Milan. Guy joined Argos in 1996 and was head of the Swiss operations, as well as having overall responsibility for the management, fundraising, investor relations and back office of the firm.
