GrowthCurve Capital has reportedly raised $1.1bn for its inaugural buyout fund, which could still raise more funds.
The fund, GrowthCurve Capital Partners I was launched in 2021 with a target of over $1bn, according to a report from Buyouts. It is unclear whether the firm will close the vehicle or raise more capital.
The listed placement agents are Stifel, CapLink Securities and Resonance Capital.

GrowthCurve Capital claims to be a private equity firm with a distinctive approach to building growth. It does this through AI, digital transformation and human capital.
It has a control-focused investment strategy and centres on data-rich and growth-focused businesses. As for sectors, it is interested in financial and information services, healthcare, and technology.
The firm already has three investments in its portfolio. These companies are Revecore, a provider of revenue integrity and claims solutions, Brightway Insurance, a personal lines insurer and Mistplay, which offers play-to-earn mobile games.
