Private equity firm New Water Capital acquired Dutch Gold Honey, a leading producer of honey and maple syrup products, along with its affiliated businesses.
The Boca Raton-based investment firm completed the transaction through its New Water Capital Partners II LP fund.
The deal includes Dutch Gold Honey and its subsidiaries—McLure’s Honey & Maple Products, Gamber Container Co., The Bacon Jug Co., and DGH Logistics. Dutch Gold, founded in 1946, is widely recognized for introducing the squeezable plastic honey bear container and supplies products across retail, foodservice, and institutional markets.
With New Water’s backing, Dutch Gold aims to expand its market reach and strengthen its operations. The acquisition aligns with New Water’s broader strategy of investing in high-growth food businesses, adding to its portfolio that includes Klostermann Baking Co., Custom Made Meals, The Perfect Bite Co., and Pegasus Foods.
