Maven Capital fuels Digital Rewards Group’s global growth with major investment
DRG, which operates platforms such as Kids Pass, Global Hotel Pass, and DaysOut.com, has seen strong growth in recent years. Led by Group CEO Andrew Kilmartin and UK CEO Dave Clayton, the company will use the investment to scale its operations and broaden its international reach.
Maven Partners Ryan Bevington and Jeremy Thompson spearheaded the investment from the firm’s Manchester office, with ThinCats providing senior debt funding. Additionally, former PerkBox CEO Gautam Sahgal has joined DRG’s board as non-executive chairman, while Andrew Gunson has been appointed as chief financial officer.
Bevington expressed confidence in DRG’s future, stating: “Digital Rewards Group is a highly scalable, technology-driven business operating in a resilient market with substantial international growth potential. We are excited to support its next phase of expansion.”
Kilmartin echoed this optimism, highlighting Maven’s alignment with DRG’s values and experience in scaling high-growth digital businesses. “We have ambitious plans for this next phase and look forward to working closely with the Maven team to realise our objectives,” he said.
The investment marks a strategic step for DRG as it seeks to cement its position in the competitive digital rewards space while capitalising on international market opportunities.
