Triton has entered the UK market with the formation of Tendra Technical Services, marking the first UK investment by its Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II. The platform targets consolidation across the UK technical services sector. 

Tendra initially combines The James Mercer Group, Fletchers Engineering, and Coat Facilities Group. Triton plans to drive growth through operational improvements and bolt-on acquisitions in a fragmented market.

The investment represents Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II’s 11th platform deal. The fund closed above target at $887m in 2021 and applies Triton’s strategy across business services, industrial tech, and healthcare.
