Pollen Street buys Tutman to build pan-European fund services platform

Founded nearly 30 years ago, Tutman provides fund administration, corporate services, and transfer agency solutions to institutional investors, wealth managers, and family offices. The company serves global fund managers and pension funds with services embedded in their day-to-day operations.
A key step in Tutman’s expansion was the acquisition of Evelyn Partners’ fund services business in 2025. That deal added in-house fund administration and transfer agency capabilities, enabling Tutman to offer a full-service model for the first time.
Pollen Street said the investment will support further geographic expansion, particularly in Luxembourg and Ireland, which are among Europe’s most important fund domiciles. The firm also cited an active pipeline of potential acquisitions to build a multi-jurisdictional platform.
“Pollen Street’s investment marks an important next phase in Tutman’s development,” said David Tyerman, chief executive officer of Tutman. “This partnership strengthens our ability to invest in our people, technology and service offering, while accelerating our expansion across Europe.”
Duncan Gerard, partner at Pollen Street, added that Tutman has “a compelling history of strategic growth” and a clear opportunity to scale across European markets.
The transaction reflects Pollen Street’s strategy of backing specialist financial services businesses benefiting from rising regulatory complexity and growing demand for outsourced administration.
