Growth-investor Aldrich Capital Partners’ second fund could raise up to $450m amid strong investor demand, according to Mark Evans, principal investment officer at the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds.
Aldrich Capital Partners Fund II LP has a target of $350m, Mr. Evans said at a Wednesday meeting of the $43.99bn pension system’s investment advisory council. Mr. Evans manages the private-equity and private-credit investments for the Connecticut pension system.

Aldrich, which raised more than $256m for its debut fund in 2018, typically backs companies with at least $10m in annual revenue, according to its website.
