BEO Investments LLC, a Miami-based private equity firm, has launched three investment funds tailored to meet the needs of its accredited clients.
These funds are going to address diverse investor preferences and capitalize on strategic opportunities in the real estate market.
Particularly, the three funds focus on stabilized multifamily properties, opportunistic real estate, and luxury development.
The BEO Core Yield Fund is a $50m initiative that focuses on stabilized Class A properties in major cities. It has a 5 to 7-year investment horizon. Moreover, it aims to deliver steady monthly cash flows and an internal rate of return of 12% to 14%.
The BEO Value Opportunity Fund is a $40m fund designed to capitalize on time-sensitive investment opportunities. In particular, it targets properties from distressed sellers or unique market circumstances, focusing on commercial assets such as multifamily, office, and industrial properties. Specifically, the fund aims to achieve an IRR exceeding 20%.
The BEO Luxury Home Fund is a $10m fund dedicated to short-term luxury residential development in South Florida. With a holding period of 24 to 36 months, it offers a shorter investment timeline. Also, the Luxury Home Fund targets an IRR of 15% to 20%.
