Carlyle backs Ingentis to accelerate global growth in HR software
Headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany, Ingentis is a leading provider of organisational charting, design, and analytics software. Its tools support over 2,000 customers in more than 50 countries, including hundreds of blue-chip enterprises.
Carlyle’s investment will be made through its €3bn Carlyle Europe Technology Partners V fund. The firm plans to support Ingentis in scaling internationally, enhancing its partner ecosystem, investing in AI-powered analytics, and exploring strategic M&A.
Founded in 1997, Ingentis enables businesses to visualise, analyse, and plan current and future workforce structures. The investment positions the company to capitalise on growing global demand for HR technology solutions that offer advanced visualisation and planning capabilities.
Carlyle will leverage its strong track record of expanding European software companies globally, with existing investments including GBTEC, SER Group, Shopware, Phrase, Hack The Box, and Surepay.
