Global private equity giant Carlyle Group has partnered with Dublin solar power developer BNRG in a $130m (€110m ) 106MW deal in the US state of Maine.
The deal is the second in a month after the firm signed a €39m deal with Paris-listed Neoen for three solar farms in counties Meath, Kildare, and Wicklow with 58MW of capacity.
