Corry Capital Advisors has closed its latest fund to invest in life settlements, a strategy that aims for consistent returns unaffected by broader economic conditions.
The fund, CCA Longevity III DAC, closed with $534 million, said Bill Corry, the firm’s founder and general manager.
The firm specializes in providing investment management to investors seeking uncorrelated returns in the Life Settlement asset class. They invest in non-contestable Life Insurance policies and utilize a proprietary methodology. Their investor base consists of Pension Plans, Insurance Companies, University Endowments, Foundations, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Family Offices.
