Founded in 2014, Digifood specializes in food and beverage service solutions for high-traffic sports venues and attractions. Its platform offers order and payment management through cash-register outlets and self-order kiosks, real-time inventory tracking, reporting and analytics, and a loyalty programme. Digifood’s solutions have been used at major events, including the 2024 Paris Olympics, UEFA and French Ligue 1 football clubs, and theme parks such as Puy du Fou in France.
Everfield aims to scale Digifood’s presence across France and the wider European market by enhancing its product capabilities and expanding its team. CEO Ronald Gautruche and the current management team will remain in place, ensuring continuity in customer support and strategic growth.
The investment reinforces Everfield’s hospitality vertical and marks its 28th acquisition in Europe and fifth in France since 2022.
