The mid-market private equity firm said that the fund close was the largest first-time pan-European buyout fund raised since 2020.
Set up in 2020, its founding partners include Mirko Meyer-Schönherr, Edward Chandler, Ricardo de Serdio and Olivier de Vregille, all former executives at Paris-based private equity firm PAI Partners.
Its other founding partner, Ronald Bell, was head of operations at sustainable infrastructure investor Actis and a managing director at Merrill Lynch Global PE.

Fremman said that its co-investment programme has also raised a further €400m to date, through 5 separate co-investment funds, taking total assets under management to over €1bn.
The company recently bought a UK company that employs NHS doctors and nurses outside their contracted hours.
The fund has completed five platform investments in total, including a UK nursery operator and a European firm that produces, packages, and distributes fresh fruit.
Houlihan Lokey served as placement agent, whilst Kirkland & Ellis International served as legal counsel.
Fremman has offices in London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Munich and Paris.
