Global software investors Insight Partners and Sixth Street Growth have made a $450m growth-equity investment in Kiteworks, a US provider of secure content communications.
The investment marks a partial liquidity event and will see Eoin Duane and Peter Sobiloff from Insight Partners and Alex Katz from Sixth Street joining Kiteworks’s board of directors.
Kiteworks, which is led by CEO and Chairman Jonathan Yaron, operates Private Content Network, a platform that provides file sharing, file transfer, managed file transfer, email, APIs and web forms.
