InvestBev has partnered with a global asset manager to invest up to $100m in Kentucky bourbon barrels, strengthening its position in spirits-focused private equity.
The investment combines InvestBev’s expertise in the sector with the asset manager’s financial backing and structuring capabilities.
The partnership will acquire bourbon barrels under five years old, holding them until maturity to maximise long-term appreciation. This strategy aligns with InvestBev’s broader approach of identifying high-value assets in the spirits market.
“This partnership and this capital should signal to the broader spirits community the confidence global investors have in the sector, beyond legacy industry players,” said Brian Rosen, General Partner at InvestBev.
InvestBev continues to expand within the adult beverage industry, having raised multiple funds dedicated to spirits investments. Alongside its private equity initiatives, the firm operates a $100m credit program that provides liquidity and financial support to distilleries, brand owners, and investors.
With a strong track record and deep industry relationships, InvestBev remains a leader in spirits-focused private equity, driving long-term value creation in the bourbon market.
