J.P. Morgan Asset Management completed its acquisition of Campbell Global from BrightSphere Investment Group. The transaction is being done in an effort to directly impact the transition to a low-carbon economy and provide ESG-minded investment opportunities related to climate, conservation and biodiversity.
Campbell Global is a Forest Management and Timberland Investing company. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter and terms were not disclosed.
