Monroe Capital has hired Todd Davis as Director on its direct originations team, strengthening its coverage of the Northeast US market. 

Based in New York, Davis will be responsible for originating new business opportunities with private equity sponsors and middle-market companies.

Davis brings more than 15 years of middle-market sponsor finance experience, including over 13 years at Antares Capital and predecessor GE Capital, where he held various credit and capital markets roles. 

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Antares, overseeing the execution of sponsor-backed transactions. He began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan.
