Mutares acquires Greenview Group Holdings from Cordovan Capital Partners

German holding company Mutares has acquired Greenview Group Holdings from Northern Irish private equity firm Cordovan Capital Partners and Michael Burke, the group’s current CEO. 

Greenview Group was established in 2017 and provides mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and improvements as well as sustainable energy solutions. The company employs around 190 and operates in Belfast and London.

According to a press release, Greenview Group generated revenues of approximately €36m in 2023 and is forecast to deliver €45m in the current financial year to March 2025.
