Mutares exits €100m logistics platform inTime Group to Tawin Holdings

The transaction includes all subsidiaries of the group, including Trans-Logo-Tech and Routewise. Closing is expected by the end of March 2026, subject to customary conditions.
inTime Group generates approximately €100m in revenue and employs around 400 people. The company provides customised time-critical transport solutions for industrial and commercial customers across Europe.
Mutares acquired the business in August 2025 and implemented a comprehensive operational transformation programme. The firm introduced cost-reduction initiatives, workforce adjustments, fleet optimisation, and operational efficiency improvements across IT, administration, and logistics processes.
These measures strengthened the company’s operational performance and cost structure while repositioning the platform for scalable growth.
Johannes Laumann, CIO of Mutares, commented: “The sale of inTime Group demonstrates our ability to create value through hands-on operational transformation and disciplined portfolio management. […] We are confident that Tawin Holdings Group is well positioned to further support inTime Group’s development.”
The exit highlights Mutares’ strategy of acquiring companies in transition, executing operational improvements, and exiting once the businesses are stabilised and repositioned for expansion.
