Northleaf Capital Partners, a leading global private markets investment firm, today announced that it held the final closing for its third flagship secondaries fund, Northleaf Secondary Partners III, with $1.3bn of committed capital.

With the support of both new and returning investors, the Fund surpassed its target and is more than 60% larger than its predecessor fund. Over the past two years, investors have committed a total of $2bn across Northleaf’s secondaries platform.

Northleaf’s secondaries platform seeks to provide investors with access to a diversified portfolio of private equity investments in LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions alongside leading mid-market sponsors. In addition to NSP III, investors access secondary investments through Northleaf’s global private equity funds and institutional custom mandates.
