NovaQuest Capital Management LLC’s private-equity unit has spun off into a new entity called QHP Capital LP and is pitching its second fund, according to regulatory filings and people familiar with the fundraising efforts.
QHP spun out of Raleigh, N.C.-based NovaQuest in 2021 and will continue to operate as a healthcare investor in lower midmarket tech-enabled pharmaceutical services companies, one regulatory filing said.
