Manuel has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and related activities. Before founding ABE Capital Partners, Manuel co-founded Seabird Capital (2014-2019), a Spanish M&A boutique mainly focused on the Spanish mid-lower market leading a relevant number of transactions within the Spanish SME’s segment. Previously, Manuel worked in Alantra Private Equity (2007-2014) playing a relevant role in the origination, execution and monitoring of several investments across a wide range of sectors. Before that he worked in the transaction services department of Deloitte Spain between 2003 and 2007.
