Ann started in recruitment at the age of 21 having graduated from Oxford University, and quickly become a top performer for RH International in London. With over 25 years’ experience, she is never happier than when working with clients and candidates. She founded AD IDEM Consulting in 2016 and launched AD EXEC International a year later in response to her clients’ requests for speed to market interims and an alternative to the slower, protracted permanent retained searches offered by others. She is passionate about Ad Equality offering a recruitment initiative to redress the balance for Women in Interim and PE business across Europe. As a single mother herself, Ann has grown the Ad Idem group to work on the International stage and firmly believes that her gender and family makes her more driven and determined to succeed in an industry dominated by men.
