Manuel is a Partner of Alter Legal, a boutique law firm specialised in alternative investments. Manuel has a 15 years’ experience in fund formation (including private equity, venture, private debt, infrastructure and real estate), primary investments, co-investments and secondary transactions.

Prior to joining Alter Legal, Manuel was a member of the International Funds team of SJ Berwin (now King & Wood Mallesons) between 2004-2015.

Manuel is a professor of ISDE Law Degree and International Law Master and has an LLM from University College of London (UCL) and a Law Degree with EU law specialization from Universidad San Pablo CEU (Madrid).
