Jacek Korpala has been with ARX Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm in the CEE, since April 1998.

ARX has main offices in Warsaw and Prague and manages private equity funds investing in the CEE with primary focus on lower mid-market buyouts in the Northern part of the region (www.arxequity.com). Funds managed by ARX made 30 investments in six CEE countries to date. Jacek is co-managing partner responsible for ARX investments in Poland.

Prior to his work for ARX he was partner with Arthur Andersen heading its corporate finance practice in Poland and earlier was director at the Polish Ministry of Privatization responsible for privatisation of large companies.
