Christiaan de Lint is a partner and co-founder of Headway Capital Partners, a London based firm which invests in private equity secondaries globally, with a focus on Europe and North America. Headway provides liquidity to institutions and individuals seeking an exit from their private equity investments, with a focus on portfolios of direct assets and structured transactions. Headway focuses on small to medium sized transactions.

Prior to co-founding Headway in early 2004, Christiaan was part of the investment team at Coller Capital, one of the largest players in the private equity secondaries market where he worked since early 1999.
