Cilian Jansen Verplanke studied Law and has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial sector in private equity and commercial banking of which 20 years at ABN AMRO and Rabobank and for 10 years now as co -founding partner of Karmijn. 

She has done many acquisitions and exits and has encountered many entrepreneurs. She worked at ABN AMRO Participaties, in commercial banking and ECM at ABN AMRO Rothschild. Cilian was Managing Director of Rabo Participaties for over 5 years and was Executive Vice President responsible for large business at Rabo Group.
