James has had a career spanning over 16 years in corporate governance. Working in senior governance positions in both the UK public sector and offshore Financial services. He recently spent 6 years at the software company of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and helped promote their BoardPad, board management software product to a market-leading position. James is working with Nasdaq Governance Solutions helping drive product strategy and assisting some of the world’s largest organisations with their digital governance needs.
