Lena is heading Nordic Capital’s European LP relationship management and fundraising effort. She joined from Triton, where she had a similar role looking after Triton’s German speaking investors.

Prior to Triton, Lena worked as a PE Investment Professional at Global Water Development Partners (part of Blackstone), and she started her career in public equities at Credit Suisse and later JPM Asset Management in New York.

Lena holds a BSc. in International Business from Northeastern University, Boston, US and ESB Business School, Reutlingen, Germany. She is also a CFA Charterholder.
