Elena Lokteva started working in the private equity industry in 1995 as a GP, lead private equity program in family office MAC Asset Management and co-founded SI Capital Partners. An accomplished CFO and operating partner with global experience in retail, distribution and manufacturing, she led the establishment and turnaround of entities in Northern and Eastern Europe and manage finance teams handling acquisitions and exits in EMENA.

Elena has 19 years of board level experience in executive, and non-executive capacities in private equity backed companies, charities and professional organizations.
