Mikael started his career in executive search with a local search company in 1996. Before entering the executive search profession, Mikael worked as an entrepreneur in marketing communications and has always had a very entrepreneurial view on business.

He has extensive search experience in various business sectors, particularly in Technology, Industrial, and Private Equity. Mikael has clients and assignments worldwide and has also conducted management audits both in Europe and the U.S.

Mikael holds a Master of Science in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. He is fluent in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
