Ms. Fontecha is a member of the client solutions team and co-head of the CAIA London Chapter. Prior to joining StepStone, Ms. Fontecha was a senior vice president at Old Mutual Asset Management, and a director of the board of Old Mutual International. Previously, Ms. Fontecha worked for BBVA in investment banking and asset management. Prior to joining BBVA, she worked at BNP Paribas and Société Générale.

Ms. Fontecha holds a Master of Science in international finance from HEC Paris, a MSc in engineering from Telecom Paris Sud, and a MSc telecom engineering from centro politécnico superior de ingenieros.
