Leks has been Partner at THCP since inception in 2013, and is a member of the Investment Committee. Leks has been involved in multiple transactions, and currently represents THCP on the board of Borealis and ACT and has previously represented THCP on the board of Genius Sports Group.

• Previously, Leks worked as part of the investment team at Hutton Collins since 2008.

• Earlier in his career, he spent a two-year period in Austria as the Finance & Controlling Manager at Pago (an international premium fruit juice producer and subsidiary of Heineken) and he was Assistant Manager at Mazars within their Audit and Advisory team

• Leks is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics and Econometrics as well as a MSc in IT from the University of Nottingham. He speaks Dutch, German, French and Italian
