Partners Group hires Anastasia Amoroso as Chief Investment Strategist to lead private wealth growth
Amoroso will provide macroeconomic, private markets, and portfolio management insights to wealth advisors and individual investors. She will join Partners Group at the end of June, based in New York.
Amoroso previously served as Chief Investment Strategist at iCapital and held senior investment roles at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch. Her appointment marks the latest in a series of strategic hires to support the growth of Partners Group’s Private Wealth platform, particularly in the US.
Earlier this year, the firm added Phil Shankweiler as Managing Director and Head of RIA Sales and Heather Grubbs as Managing Director and Global Head of Private Wealth Marketing. Shankweiler joined from Starwood Capital Group, while Grubbs previously held senior marketing roles at Ares Wealth Management Solutions, Black Creek Group, Fidelity Investments, and Janus Capital Group.
Partners Group is a global leader in evergreen private markets strategies, with $48bn in assets under management across more than 20 funds. The firm’s evergreen offerings, including the Global Value SICAV and the 1940 Act Fund, are among the largest of their kind, collectively managing $25bn. In September 2024, Partners Group announced a strategic partnership with BlackRock to expand retail wealth access to private equity, credit, and real assets.
Robert Collins, Partner and Head of US Private Wealth at Partners Group, said: “Anastasia, Phil, and Heather bring invaluable expertise as we continue to grow our Private Wealth platform. Partners Group has been at the forefront of private markets innovation for over two decades, and these hires will help us meet the rising demand for institutional-quality private markets access among individual investors.”
Partners Group, founded in Switzerland, manages over $150bn in assets globally and employs 1,800 professionals across private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate, and royalties. The firm’s operationally focused investment approach aims to transform businesses into market leaders.
