Pathway Capital Management has announced that it has closed on $1 billion for Pathway Co-investment Partners Fund V (“PCPF V”), a custom co-investment fund for a U.S.-based institutional investor.
PCPF V will focus on identifying and investing in co-investment opportunities globally alongside high-quality private equity managers in a variety of private equity strategies. PCPF V represents a continuation of Pathway’s successful 30-year track record of investing in private markets, which includes more than $4 billion invested in private equity co-investments.
Since the inception of the firm in 1991, Pathway has participated in the development of more than 110 private market portfolios, committing more than $94 billion in a wide variety of private market strategies.
Pathway is a private market portfolio solutions provider with over $70 billion of assets under management from private equity, private credit, and infrastructure mandates.
