Quadrant Private Equity backs LegalVision’s expansion plans

LegalVision secured a strategic partnership with Quadrant Private Equity, positioning the legal services firm for accelerated growth in Australia, the UK, and New Zealand.

The deal, which remains subject to regulatory approval, will support LegalVision in scaling its subscription-based legal services model by expanding its team, technology, and product offerings.

Quadrant’s Marcus Darville and Peter Elkhouri will join LegalVision’s board as part of the agreement. Founded in 2012, LegalVision has built a reputation for disrupting the traditional legal sector with its all-inclusive subscription model, catering to startups, SMEs, and larger enterprises.

LegalVision CEO Lachlan McKnight described the partnership as a milestone that will enable the company to fast-track its expansion. “Our partnership will enable us to accelerate our growth plans and expand our innovative legal services model across the markets we operate in,” he said.

Quadrant, one of Australia’s leading private equity firms, has been monitoring LegalVision for some time, according to investment director Peter Elkhouri. “We have been highly impressed by the team and the way they are disrupting the large and fragmented B2B legal services industry,” he said. “We are excited to be partnering with Lachlan and the team to help further drive growth and awareness of their differentiated offering.”

With Quadrant’s backing, LegalVision aims to strengthen its market position and enhance its subscription-based legal solutions, tapping into growing demand for alternative legal service models.
