Our family company has interets in 3 industries : German real estate, personal security and elderly caregiving, three industries in which we are working both as investors (LPs) and mainly GPs. It is important for us to hear about new developments in these areas and to cooperate with other players, few as they are, in these niches. Thus we attend at least one VC or PE event per month, and the PEI conferences are a fixture in our calendar.
