Warburg Pincus invests in Acclime to back Asia Pacific business services expansion

Warburg Pincus has signed an agreement to invest in Acclime, a corporate and business services platform operating across Asia Pacific.

The investment marks a new growth partnership aimed at scaling the business across the region.

Founded in 2019, Acclime has built a multi-market platform through more than 50 acquisitions. The group now operates in 18 markets and employs over 2,000 professionals serving more than 17,000 clients.

The business provides services spanning accounting, tax, HR and payroll, fund services, corporate secretarial, and risk and advisory. Its client base includes multinational subsidiaries, private capital firms, family offices, and high-growth companies.

Warburg Pincus said the investment will support Acclime’s international expansion, technology development, and innovation agenda. The firm is investing alongside existing backer Stem Financial.

Martin Crawford, Founder and Chairman of Acclime, said: “We are delighted to welcome Warburg Pincus as a partner.” Saurabh Agarwal, Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, said the firm was “excited to partner with Martin, Izzy, and the broader team to accelerate growth, expand capabilities, and create long-term value.”
