Your.World, the Dutch IT group backed by Strikwerda Investments, secured €800m in long-term capital from Ares Management and Carlyle to accelerate its growth. 

The investment will support the company’s expansion in the European SME market, strengthening its position in managed IT, cloud infrastructure, and online productivity solutions.

Founded in May 2023, Your.World brings together Strikwerda’s IT investments under a single brand, including Your.Cloud for managed IT and cloud services and Your.Online for web hosting and productivity tools. Since its launch, the company has rapidly grown through acquisitions, adding HDUK, Verweijen ICT, and telecom specialist Kreuze to its portfolio alongside existing assets such as cloud provider Vancis. It now serves around one million users and employs 2,000 people.

The investment from Ares and Carlyle highlights strong private equity interest in the European IT services sector. The funding will drive further acquisitions and strategic investments, positioning Your.World for continued growth as it consolidates its presence in the industry.
